How long are the 1-on-1 sessions?
Our 1-on-1 sessions are 45-60 minutes in length.
Where and how do the coaching sessions take place?
May I contact my coach between scheduled sessions?
Absolutely! Please use e-mail and be respectful of business hours. Do not text or send Facebook messages except at your coach’s request. Allow at least 24 hours for a response.
How do I book my coaching sessions?
We use Square calendar for our coaching appointments (a link will be provided).
All students are responsible for making their own appointments with a coach. After requesting an appointment, the coach will either confirm the time or suggest changes. Once you receive confirmation, be sure to check any notes your coach has included. They may give you an assignment to help you prepare for your session.
If you can’t find a day/time that works with your schedule, please contact us and we’ll make arrangements. We’re flexible and will work with you as best we can!
What if I have to cancel a session? Can I reschedule it?
We're very flexible! You do not have to schedule your sessions at the same day and time every week. You can cancel and submit a request to reschedule your coaching session. We do appreciate 24 hours notice for cancellations and reschedules!
How long do the courses take to complete?
The Big Kahuna: 3-6 months
The Baby Kahuna: 2-4 months
Kahuna Jr: 1-2 months
What will be covered in each session?
When you sign up for either the Big or Baby Kahuna program, you will be sent a welcome packet with a curriculum checklist. This includes descriptions of all topics covered as well as a way to keep track of your progress. You can also see a basic curriculum outline of our Big Kahuna program on our Coaching Programs page.
How do I book my demo?

How long does it take for UVT to produce my demo?
We want your demo to be perfect! After we receive the files from the recording studio, the production process usually takes 3-4 weeks. Our motto is that quality can’t be rushed!

I’ve completed all the coaching sessions in my program, but my coach says I’m not demo ready. Now what?
When do you start working on my website?
We typically begin working on your website as we get closer to recording your demo(s)! When the time comes, you’ll be sent a Google Form to fill out for our webmaster. This is to get ideas from you on colors, domain names, layout, etc.
Do you offer payment plans?
Tuition is preferred upfront due to the cost associated with starting your program. If this isn't possible, we’ll gladly discuss a payment plan. Please contact us at email@example.com so we can work together to find a plan that's right for you.
Ok, I have my demo! Now what?
Do you offer ongoing coaching after demo production or for the working voice actor?
Yes, of course! This is highly recommended. Additional coaching sessions are available and can be purchased individually or bundled for a discount. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for details.
